Bouni Atelier — turning a Figma direction into a live commerce experience.

A real ecommerce project where we translated the visual direction into a polished Shopify storefront, then extended the theme with custom-coded sections and carefully controlled responsive behavior.

LIVE SHOPIFY PROJECT

Luxury commerce, engineered around the brand.

The live store presents curated collections, editorial storytelling and a customer-focused shopping journey. We used that design direction as the foundation for the build.

What we solved

More than a theme setup.

The goal was to preserve the intended visual language while making the storefront practical, responsive and manageable for ongoing ecommerce operations.

01

Figma → Shopify

Converted the supplied design direction into a responsive Shopify storefront while preserving spacing, hierarchy and visual rhythm.

02

Custom-coded sections

Built bespoke sections where standard theme blocks could not reproduce the required composition with enough precision.

03

Dual-image separation

Implemented custom split-image presentation sections to reproduce the intended visual separation and storytelling effect across screen sizes.

04

Font classification & typography

Applied font classification, hierarchy, weights and responsive sizing so headings, supporting copy and commerce content remain visually consistent.

05

Backend support plugins

Configured customer-support and store-management integrations so support, returns, delivery and contact touchpoints remain practical for ongoing operations.

06

Responsive refinement

Adjusted layouts, spacing, media behavior and section composition for desktop, tablet and mobile instead of treating mobile as an afterthought.

Why it matters

Design fidelity without sacrificing ecommerce practicality.

This project demonstrates the kind of work we do when a business needs more than a generic theme: translating a visual concept into a maintainable, responsive storefront that customers can actually use.
